The Yoga Snug is located two minutes off the A3400 in Atherstone on Stour, just 3.5 miles outside of the centre of Stratford upon Avon.

Yes! We’re incredibly fortunate to have plenty of free parking at The Yoga Snug. No need to pay, no need to walk any distance. If you’re coming to The Yoga Snug from the A3400, turn right when you see the large barn building on the right, and our studio parking is there.
You can sign up for The Yoga Snug via our website by heading to the Timetable page. Select
whichever class it is that you’d like to sign up for, then select “Book Now”
We use Glofox as our booking system so you can also find us and sign up on the Glofox App. You will need to sign up for a Glofox account before you can book any classes, events or workshops at The Yoga Snug. During the process there’s a short Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy to read through and sign.
We understand that things can happen while you’re on your way to The Yoga Snug, but, to ensure a peaceful and focused start to each class, we kindly ask that all students arrive on time. Once the class has begun the door will be locked to protect student’s belongings, which are stored in the reception area, so late arrivals will not be permitted to enter. However, we encourage you to arrive at The Snug early to settle in, say hi to your teacher, and prepare for your practice. Please also do stay for the entire length of the class if you join us.
Yes please! Booking will close 2 hours prior to class beginning, and we don’t allow walk-ins. You can book in advance for all sessions using either the Timetable on our website or the Glofox app.

• Nurture: £55/month (5 class passes/month)

• Thrive: £100/month (10 class passes/month)

• Flourish: £126/month (14 class passes/month)
Includes a free guest pass and 5% off workshops and masterclasses.
• Keystone Member: £110/month (unlimited classes)
Ideal for those attending 4+ classes per week. Includes a free guest pass, 10% off workshops and masterclasses, and 5% off day retreats
or mini-retreats. (Limited to 20 memberships; minimum 6-month term applies.)
Additional Membership Information:
• Terms: Memberships run on a one-month basis, except for Keystone Membership, which has a minimum six-month term (cancel any time after this period).
• Credits: You have one month from your sign-up date to use your credits. Memberships renew on the same date each month, with new
credits issued. Unused credits cannot roll over.
• Sharing: Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
• Pauses: You can pause your membership for up to two consecutive weeks per year with one week’s notice via email.
• Cancellations: Require one week’s written notice via email.
• Upgrades: Need more credits? We can upgrade your membership at any time.

Wear something you’ll feel comfortable in, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely such as Yoga pants, leggings, or shorts and a fitted top are ideal. You’re welcome to bring a pair of socks and a jumper for Savasana and after class, if you’d like
The Yoga Snug has everything that you’re likely to need for a class, so all you need to bring is yourself! You’re welcome to bring along a water bottle, some warm socks, and a jumper for Savasana and after class.
We recommend starting with our 6-week Grounded Beginnings Course, designed specifically for those new to yoga or
looking to refresh their foundations. This course is the perfect introduction to yoga, covering the fundamentals
such as key poses, breathwork, mindful practices, and alignment. Over six weeks, you'll build a strong foundation
for your practice, gain confidence, improve flexibility, and learn to move mindfully—all in a supportive and welcoming environment.
The Grounded Beginnings Course runs quarterly, and you can find more details about the next course and sign up [here].
If you're unable to join the course, our Tranquility and Focus classes are ideal for beginners. Both are slower-paced and
gently guided, making them a great starting point. Our Pilates classes are also beginner-friendly and offer a wonderful way
to build strength and body awareness.
We’ve carefully selected our teachers for their expertise and passion, ensuring they bring a warm, inclusive approach to every
class. Whether you’re just starting your yoga journey or have some experience, our teachers are dedicated to making everyone feel
welcome and supported.
Please note, Empower (our Power Yoga class) is better suited to those with some experience, as it focuses on an intense flow and
strength-building poses. We recommend starting with a gentler class to build a strong foundation before joining Empower
If a spot becomes available for a fully booked class, we offer the space to everyone on the waitlist. It’s then up to each person on the list to book quickly in order to secure the spot. The space will not be offered to just the first person on the list, so be sure to act fast if you’re interested!
We kindly ask for at least 8 hours' notice if you need to cancel a class. If you cancel within this time frame or don’t show up, the class credit will be deducted – unfortunately there are no exceptions. For those on an unlimited membership, a £10.00 late-cancellation fee will apply. As a small studio, we truly appreciate your understanding - late cancellations or no-shows can have a big impact on our business, and we want to continue providing the best experience for all our members. Yes, we do! You can choose from an e-voucher that can be sent directly to your inbox, or if you prefer something physical, we also have beautifully printed vouchers available at the studio. Just let us know which option works best for you!
Our studio space is located on the first floor of a converted barn building. There is a hand rail on the stairs, but sadly there is no lift.
Sadly there are no showers at The Yoga Snug, but there are toilets available for studio guests to use.
