🌍 A Mandala Masterclass with Rhi
Sunday 2nd February 2 – 3.30pm 🌍

Join Rhi for a playful and strong Mandala Masterclass that flows 360 degrees around the mat, set to an empowering soundtrack. In this creative vinyasa practice, the focus is on fluidity rather than alignment as we move through a sequence of strong asanas, all linked by the breath.

In this masterclass, we’ll work with the element of Earth, connected to our Muladhara (Root) chakra, and explore its grounding energy through an extended circular flow. There will be an opportunity to practice inversions between mandalas, followed by deeper asanas towards the end of the session. We’ll start and finish with Yin to settle into the flow, and close with a deeply restorative Savasana.

This 90-minute practice offers time for relaxation, followed by light refreshments to nourish and restore you.

Join us for a transformative Perimenopause Workshop, designed to support you through the changes of this powerful life stage. This workshop will provide you with essential knowledge, tools, and strategies to navigate perimenopause with confidence and grace.

Led by Claire, a highly qualified menopause and perimenopause coach and expert, this session will focus on key aspects of wellness, including nutrition, sleep, exercise, and invaluable techniques to calm the nervous system and reduce stress and anxiety levels – the perfect introduction to everything you need to manage the physical and emotional changes of perimenopause.

Throughout the workshop, refreshments will be available, creating a relaxed atmosphere where you’ll also have the opportunity to connect with others experiencing the same challenges. It’s a safe and supportive space where you can share your experiences and gain insight from fellow participants.

At the end of the workshop, you’ll have the chance to unwind with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra session, led by Taryn, helping you integrate the information and leave feeling grounded and rejuvenated.
